PRA plays a vital role in managing natural gas trading through a well-integrated network of transmission and distribution pipelines with a total length of ±224.20 km (±59.65 km transmission pipeline and ±164.55 km distribution pipeline). This robust infrastructure effectively connects the gas producers in upstream (PSC) with end buyers in various sectors, including industrial, electricity, commercial, and CNG. Through the implementation of this comprehensive supply chain, PRA is committed to delivering an efficient and reliable gas supply that satisfies the operational and energy requirements of our customers.

PRA is not only involved in gas trading but also owns and operates transmission pipelines that transport natural gas in several regions. In the West Java Area (WJA), PRA’s pipelines connect gas trading companies in Cilegon (±13.18 km) and Bekasi (±34.87 km). PRA also transports gas for end buyers such as PT PLN (Persero) in Jambi, with pipeline segments in Payo Selincah (±35.50 km) and Sei Gelam (±11.60 km). It’s important to note that in the pipeline gas transportation business, toll fees (or gas transportation tariffs) are regulated and set by BPH Migas.

PRA provides CNG supplies using Gas Transport Module (GTM) units for commercial and industrial customers who are not covered by transmission or distribution pipelines. This ensures that energy access can reach areas beyond the existing pipeline network. PRA operates CNG Mother Stations in Grobogan, Central Java, and in Cikarang, West Java, with a total capacity of 7 MMSCFD.
